I will be talking about 5 areas of self-care: physical, lifestyle habits, social support, spiritual connection, and mental and emotional self-care. Your burnout prevention plan provides different strategies that you can employ in each of the 5 areas of self-care. I will dedicate separate episodes to each area- and today, we are going to start with physical wellness. So what might physical aspects of self-care look like?
